How we work
Discovery (1–2 weeks)
Working sessions with your team to map what you’re trying to do, what you’ve already tried, and where the bodies are buried. We come out with a one-page brief everyone can agree on.
Strategy & Roadmap (2–4 weeks)
Specific technology choices, vendor recommendations, build-vs-buy calls — with cost and timeline bands you can take to the board. No vendor we recommend pays us a kickback.
Execution
Our team builds, or we hand off and stay on retainer for technical oversight. You decide. Either way, we don’t disappear when the deck is delivered.
What we don’t do
- 80-slide decks that get filed away.
- Recommend technology we haven’t shipped ourselves.
- Bill hours that didn’t move your project forward.
- Pad teams with juniors and call them consultants.
